Service Description:

The Service provided by Biggys allows users to book rides through the company's online platform or mobile application. The Service connects users with independent drivers who provide transportation services.

Booking and Payment:

Users may book rides through the online platform or mobile application by providing necessary details such as pickup location, destination, and preferred vehicle type. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for booking purposes. Payment for rides shall be made through the designated payment methods accepted by Biggys.

Ride Cancellation and Refunds:

Users may cancel booked rides subject to the cancellation policy outlined by Biggys . Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the refund policy of Biggys . Any cancellation fees or charges shall be communicated to users prior to cancellation.

User Responsibilities:

Users agree to behave responsibly and courteously during rides and to treat drivers with respect. Users shall not engage in any unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior while using the Service. Users are responsible for their own safety during rides and should exercise caution at all times.

Driver Services:

Drivers providing transportation services through the Service are independent contractors and not employees of Biggys . Biggys does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or quality of services provided by drivers. Users agree to communicate directly with drivers for any specific requests or instructions regarding rides.

Liability and Indemnification:

Biggys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biggys and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the user's use of the Service.

Privacy and Data Security:

Biggys respects the privacy of its users and complies with applicable data protection laws. By using the Service, users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy of Biggys.

Passenger No-Show Policy:

BIGGYS reserves the right to charge the full fare amount in the event of a passenger no-show.

Stop Duration Policy:

Each stop added during a ride will allow for a maximum of 5 grace minutes. Fares are fixed, and additional waiting time beyond the grace period is not permitted.

Driver Wait Time

Drivers will not wait more than 5 minutes at any point during the ride. If a driver leaves after waiting for 5 minutes, BIGGYS reserves the right to charge the full fare amount.
